Capabilities

The question isn't "do you do X?". The question is "what real pain do you need to solve?".

We don't sell technology. We sell friction removal. Blockchain, artificial intelligence, web2 or IoT come into a project when they reduce a concrete pain, not as a fad. Below are the fronts where we've already shipped production results, with mapped pain and defined users.

6 fronts shipping in production

Each front presents the pain it solves before the technology it uses. If none fits your case directly, it's worth talking before turning it into a project.

01 · WEB3

Web3 & DeFi

Smart contracts and protocols designed to survive production, not conference prototypes.

Pains we solve

  • Payments between AI agents without draining the wallet to a bug or prompt injection
  • Verifiable collateral without revealing position (ZK)
  • Cross-chain settlement with on-chain finality proof
  • Real-world asset tokenization with auditable provenance

What we ship

  • EVM, Soroban, Starknet (Cairo) or Solana auditable smart contracts
  • Indexers and dashboards (Ponder.sh, Subgraph, custom)
  • x402 integration / agent payments / spending policies
  • ZK circuits (Noir, Cairo) and on-chain verifiable proofs

02 · AI

AI Agents & RAG

Artificial-intelligence agents wired to real systems. Models that decide, blockchain that proves.

Pains we solve

  • Support that must answer in seconds without making up the return policy
  • Evaluating human contributions with calibrated criteria and traceability
  • Agent pipelines that audit each other before producing output
  • Assisted generation where the user must understand the why, not just receive the output

What we ship

  • RAG systems with pgvector, Pinecone or Qdrant + eval with golden dataset
  • Agents with tool calling (Claude, GPT, Gemini) and prompt injection guardrails
  • Streaming UX with prompt caching (cuts cost 60–90%)
  • Multi-agent orchestration with peer review and ratification

03 · WEB2

Web2 & Digital Products

SaaS, e-commerce, dashboards and progressive web apps on a solid base (Next.js, Tailwind and Postgres).

Pains we solve

  • Move beyond Instagram direct messages and have a single address to send buyers to
  • Report incidents in real time without exposing the resident's identity
  • Hybrid PIX + crypto checkout in a single flow
  • Admin panel that separates internal operations from publicly auditable code

What we ship

  • Next.js 16 / React 19 / Tailwind 4 (same stack as this site)
  • Auth with Privy, Clerk, Supabase or NextAuth
  • Payment with Mercado Pago (PIX + 12x), Stripe, NOWPayments
  • PWA with offline-first, push, install-to-homescreen

Onchain ipê.city store live with PIX + crypto checkout and ERC-1155 receipt

04 · BLOCKCHAIN

Blockchain Infrastructure

Indexers, oracles, wallet integration and orchestration layers for when a simple decentralized app isn't enough.

Pains we solve

  • Integrating 5+ different chains without maintaining 5 parallel backends
  • Indexing events with retry and back-pressure when the RPC is unstable
  • Wallet connection that works for non-technical users without giving up self-custody

What we ship

  • Smart contracts across multiple networks (EVM, Soroban/Stellar, Substrate/Polkadot, Cronos)
  • Event indexing with retry and tolerance to RPC instability
  • Smart accounts and gasless transactions for the end user
  • Wallet integration (Freighter, Polkadot.js, MetaMask, Privy) for non-technical users

05 · IOT

Industrial IoT

Telemetry, predictive maintenance and shop-floor modernization in environments where downtime carries a high cost.

Pains we solve

  • Critical equipment that fails without warning
  • Human operator running repetitive visual inspection for 8h
  • Sensor data trapped in the PLC, never reaching the ERP

What we ship

  • Edge gateway (MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus) with offline buffer
  • Time-series database (TimescaleDB, ClickHouse) + Grafana
  • Computer vision for quality inspection
  • Integration with SAP, Totvs, Sankhya and custom ERPs

Production line modernization + computer vision inspection in production (confidential client)

06 · MOBILE

Mobile & PWA

Native app when you need hardware. PWA when you need to ship value in a week.

Pains we solve

  • Client without a native-app budget who still needs home-screen install and push notifications
  • Rural courier with patchy signal needs to register delivery offline

What we ship

  • Mobile-first PWA with Service Worker and strategic caching
  • React Native (Expo) when App Store / Play Store is required
  • Deep links, biometrics, push notifications, offline-first sync

Framework

How we decide what to build

Before choosing a feature, choose the pain. Before writing code, talk to the user. Before drafting a roadmap, validate the money flow. This is the method we apply on every project, internal or client.

  1. 01

    Identify a real pain

Frequent, measurable and felt by the user today. Not aspirational.

  2. 02

    Define a specific user

Not generic labels. Something concrete — "production manager with 12 line stops/month", not "industry".

  3. 03

    Map the current flow

Where money enters, where it leaves, where delay, cost, risk or lack of access lives.

  4. 04

    Find the friction

The exact point where the user gives up, pays more, waits longer or loses data.

  5. 05

    Connect to a Deega capability

Technology enters here, and only here. If none of the six fronts above fit, it's better to talk before it becomes a project.

  6. 06

    Define the minimum product

The smallest slice that proves the hypothesis. Everything else is v2.

  7. 07

    Find the first user

By name. Schedule a real conversation. Without it, the project runs without validation.

  8. 08

    Establish a validation metric

A single number that says "continue" or "stop". Without this metric, every project drags on indefinitely.

Today, the goal isn't to have the perfect idea. It's to walk away with a clear, specific, testable hypothesis.

Where we see real pain in Brazil & LatAm

Not an exhaustive list. These are zones where friction is expensive, the user is clear, and the right tech moves the needle.

PIX + Stablecoins

Receive in PIX and operate in USD/USDC without manual conversion and stacked fees.

  • Hybrid checkout (Mercado Pago + USDC)
  • USDC payroll with PIX cash-out

LatAm Remittances

Sending money between BR/AR/MX/CO still costs 3–8% and takes days.

  • Cash-in/cash-out via stablecoins
  • Self-custody wallet with local coverage

Civic Tech & Privacy

Official tools demand heavy sign-up, violate privacy, and aren't auditable.

  • Auditable anonymous reports (Safe City)
  • Selective zero-knowledge proofs applied to social programs

Brazilian Industrial IoT

National industry still loses 5 to 15% of operational efficiency due to lack of real-time data.

  • Predictive maintenance on legacy machinery
  • Computer vision for quality inspection

Agent Payments (x402)

AI agents already pay for APIs and data, but nothing protects the wallet from manipulation through malicious input.

  • Spending policies recorded on blockchain (SpendGuard)
  • Custodial vault with emergency switch

RWA Tokenization

Real asset (receivable, real estate, commodity) trapped in a spreadsheet with no liquidity.

  • Tokenized receivable with PIX flow
  • Carbon credit with on-chain provenance

How we work

Four formats. Choose by the nature of the problem, not by the budget.

fixed

Fixed scope

Clear brief, delivery between 2 and 8 weeks, fixed price and clean closeout at the end. Works when the pain has already been mapped.

Ideal for: MVP, high-stakes landing, specific integration.

retainer

Monthly retainer

Dedicated or partial team for X hours/month. Longer roadmap, dynamic priorities.

Ideal for: Evolving product, growing internal team.

embed

Team embed

A Deega engineer works alongside your team as a temporary technical lead, unblocking architecture decisions and critical technical choices.

Ideal for: Technical founder needing a solid second opinion; team without specific expertise.

hackathon

Hackathon kickoff

We guide your team from "we want to compete at hackathon X" to a clear, specific and testable hypothesis in one discovery session, before writing the first line of code.

Ideal for: Hackathon teams that want to avoid the classic trap: starting from tech, not pain.

Ready to start

Tell us the pain. We walk out with a visual brief in 15 minutes.

We don't charge to run discovery. The brief is yours, and you can take it to any meeting, any agency or any other team. We believe clarity beats retention.
